This new second floor south-facing apartment sleeping 2 - 4 people is situated in Port Grimaud Sud within walking distance of a quiet sandy beach overlooking St Tropez. It offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, shower room and living room. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a four ring electric hob, microwave/oven/grill, dishwasher and washing machine. TV, video, DVD and CD player are all included. The large furnished balcony looks out over the river Giscle and garden with private swimming pool. (Les Grimaudieres are the only apartments in Port Grimaud with a swimming pool.) There is plenty of activity to watch on the river as well as in the small boatyard opposite. Free car parking and lift to all floors.

Bedding
Duvets/pillows and tea towels are provided. Bed linen is an extra at £25 for two people per week and comprises: double duvet cover (or two single duvet covers), fitted sheet(s), 4 pillow cases, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, bath mat and 2 swimming towels. Please indicate your requirements on the booking form.

A 10mtr x 3.20mtr mooring may be available for a small charge during the summer months. This includes electricity and water.

Guide books, brochures and maps are all provided in the apartment.

Each apartment is furnished slightly differently although all are to the same high specification.
